Release of Liability Information

When you arrive at the Rally you'll go the Rally Registration area to receive your Rally ID band and any Rally Merchandise you ordered. Each person who registers will be required to sign a standard Liability Release Disclaimer for themselves and for any minors they register. If you decide to use our PayPal registration option, you will be required to sign a copy of the Liability Release Disclaimer when you arrive at the Rally Registration area.

The mail-in registration form (option available only up until 8/15) includes an area where participants can sign the Disclaimer - mail-in registration participants will not need to sign the Disclaimer form again when they arrive at the Rally Registration area.

The Liabiltiy Release Disclaimer will read as follows:

I/we hereby waive, release and hold harmless the Land of Enchantment BMW Riders, its officers and rally organizers and tenants of the premises from any liability from damage, loss or personal injury while traveling to and from or while attending or participating in any activity at the Bavarian Mountain Weekend Rally or for any cause of action I now have, or in the future, may have against them. This agreement extends to my heirs, executors, administrators and assignees.
